Harris Teeter Super Doubles Trip #1 Total Cost: .54 cents!

Here is a picture of my first Super Doubles Trip of the week. All of my coupon matchups are posted HERE. (Cereal and Guacamole coupons are no longer available.) My total before coupons was around $45.00.. and after.. only .54 cents! I actually made a stop at Bi-lo and Food Lion and got the items below.. All three trips total cost me less than $5 total! That covers quite a few meals for my family!

Bi-lo (First Picture) $2.51 total (I had quite a few rainchecks). Food Lion (Last two pictures) $1.89 total (I used $5 off coupon from last week, and BBQ sauce was free!)

We had major water damage in our kitchen back in September of last year and we desperately need to fix the floors. It’s been on the ‘Honey Do List’ for quite sometime.. For the last 10 months I have dreaded going in the kitchen and dreaded even more the thought of having to sweep or mop because all the dirt and crumbs falls in the cracks. (Who knows how many goldfish are looming under those boards!)

We have just been waiting for the right time to do it and with this deal it’s finally going to happen!  At Food Lion this week for every $50 Lowe’s gift card you purchase you receive a $5 coupon on your next order. Since I knew we were going to be spending quite a bit at Lowe’s I went and grabbed 5 of these gift cards and snagged $25 for groceries at Food Lion! This would also make a great gift for the Dad’s in your life… and if you are interest right now Food Lion has The Big Deal promotion going on.. when you buy 10 selected items you get $5 off your order. Pepsi product 2 Liters are a part of that promotion and are priced at $1.25. I purchased 10 and received $5 off automatically and used one of the $5 from the Lowe’s promotion and got 10 two liters for $3.08!

Now my husband will be plenty hydrated tomorrow while putting down our new floor.. I’ll post pics when we get the project completed!

Food Lion Coupon:: $3 off $6 Produce Coupon

Food Lion released a new FLIP (Food Lion Internet Printable Coupon). It is $3 off $6 produce purchase. Also, Food Lion recently decided to change their policy and will no longer let you stack a manufacture coupon with the Food Lion Internet coupons. Bummer! It’s there loss and I think there sales will suffer. I personally think the deals are MUCH better at the competitive stores, but if you are out and about this coupon may be worth stopping in.

If you have a little one in diapers you may want to check your local Food Lion. The Food Lion on 29 in Kannapolis had diapers on sale for $2.99. (They were located in the back of the store.) I used the $2.50 off coupon on any little movers diapers found HERE. Total per pack: .49 cents!  That's less than 4 cents a diaper!
